By making this deposit, you understand & except the following:
The client must show up at the time shown on their styleseat confirmation email.
The deposit goes towards your total service cost.
Life happens and if you have to cancel, just give notice of at least 48 hours. (For example: if your appointment is Thursday at 8:30am, please contact me no later than Tuesday at 8:30am.)
Please give a 48 hour cancellation notice. After doing so, your deposit will be transfered to another service. That new service MUST be scheduled within 30 days from the date of your previous scheduled appointment (in which you just cancelled). If you do not schedule your new service within 30 days, then you forfeit your deposit.
Deposits are not refunded.
Cancellations are only made via text (404-287-3764), email (firstname.lastname@example.org), Styleseat.com or phone call (404-287-3764).
If you give a 48 hour or more notice, then the deposit will be transfered to another service. (a credit)
If you give a cancellation within 48 hours from the time of your appointment, you are forfeiting your deposit.
